Q: Why the warranty of the solar items is 2-3 years? Do I need to change the lamp after 2 years?

A: The standard warranty of the solar item is 2-3 years. And it doesn't mean the lamp lifespan is 2-3 years, it means we will provide related after-sales service freely during these 2-3 years. The lamps could still work well after 2-3 years normally.

Q: What's the main difference between monocrystalline silicon and a polycrystalline solar panel?

A: The cost and conversion efficiency are different. Both polycrystalline silicon technology and monocrystalline silicon technology are very mature, but the conversion efficiency of monocrystalline silicon is higher. The volume is small and the cost is high, while the volume of polycrystalline silicon is large, the conversion efficiency is lower than the monocrystalline si icon, but the cost is more economical.

Q: What should be done at first before install?

A: Firstly, once you recieved it, pls check the complete pacel, and test light's basic function---lighting, to confirm it can work perfectly.

Secondly, considering the security, We didn't charge the battery full before shipping the all in one/integrated solar street light to you, so pls charge the light at daytime for 3 days without lighting/discharging at night.

Thirdly, pls remove the plastic wrap on the light source, and then install.
