A: The standard warranty of the solar item is 2-3 years. And it doesn't mean the lamp lifespan is 2-3 years, it means we will provide related after-sales service freely during these 2-3 years. The lamps could still work well after 2-3 years normally.

Q: What's the main difference between monocrystalline silicon and a polycrystalline solar panel?

A: The cost and conversion efficiency are different. Both polycrystalline silicon technology and monocrystalline silicon technology are very mature, but the conversion efficiency of monocrystalline silicon is higher. Q: What should be done at first before install?

A: Firstly, once you recieved it, pls check the complete pacel, and test light's basic function---lighting, to confirm it can work perfectly.

Secondly, considering the security, We didn't charge the battery full before shipping the all in one/integrated solar street light to you, so pls charge the light at daytime for 3 days without lighting/discharging at night.

Thirdly, pls remove the plastic wrap on the light source, and then install.
